which chlorella brand is best and why?
i want to start taking this algae supplement daily but i want a good source! it seems the most popular are swanson, sun, and yaeyama (or something like that).
From personal experience and use, Now Foods Brand works VERY well. You will notice a difference in using it within 24 hours.
I've used a couple of different brands to compare and when the Now Foods Brand was out at my local Health Food Store and I now order it online so I don't have to worry about the local store running out. Plus it's cheaper that way.
