Is it bad to defrost chicken in warm water and if I cook it afterwards will it harm me?
I take a chicken breast thats I put in a zip lock bag from the freezer and put it in warm water and let it sit for about 25 minutes. Then once its thawed out I cook it using the george forman grill. I season and wrap it in foil then I eat it will it make me sick?
No. As much as to the disbelief of many now "Y" genders, my mother used to eat raw hamburger that has been out defrosting on the counter for hours just to check the taste of it. I still thaw my dead meats on the counters before using.
JUST MAKE SURE you cook it until 160* and it will be just fine.
