Im trying to fall pregnant and someone recommended Wolfberry and Red date tea. Can anyone help?
A lady with little english suggested Wolfberry and Red Date Tea. I wouldn't want to take anything I shouldn't. Has anyone heard if this is good to help conceive.. She was trying to be so helpful but im not sure she understood. She also suggested Angelica which I have just found out will have the opposite affect.
I always heard you should stay away from most herbal teas.
If you want to get pregnant than go to your local walmart or other store and purchase an ovulation tracker they range from 10-20 dollars but they will help you determine your most fertile days to fall pregnant.
Also when I was trying to conceive I was told to start taking prenatal vitamins because it increase your chances.
I took one a day prenatals that I found at walmart and it worked for me!
