White Tea
Has anyone tried green tea with hoodia or white tea with acai for weight loss?
I want to try a supplement to help me loose weight safely and quickly, and I was wondering if anyone had any success with green tea with hoodia or white tea with acai?
I have tried a lot of different acai berry supplements and I noticed I lost the most weight the quickest with the white tea. You can read about it more over at http://acaiberrydiet.us/26/2008/acai-berry-diet/white-tea-with-acai
There are a lot of reasons why white tea works so well with acai. Both white tea and acai are super super high in anti-oxidants. White tea also has been shown to protect against certain types of viruses and bacteria that the acai berry can't. It helps boost your immune system too.
I strongly recommend the white tea route, but any tea is healthy really. You'll do much better replacing sodas and sugary drinks with any kind of tea.
