Fermenting Coconut Water? (Kefir)?
Hello to all!
Thanks for reading my Q: It's very quick. I bought "Amy & Brian's natural coconut water with pulp" (which is DElICIOUS and supposedly very minimallprocessed-it tastes better than from the actual coconut!)
I'm just getting paranoid-I filled up an entire 1 gallon mason jar with the coconut water/pulp and put in 2 freezing cold Acidophilus (sp) probiotic pills so it could ferment. I am just worried that when I go to drink it, it A) Either will have failed and make me sick or B) I don't even know what to look for!
Has anybody ever done this? I just don't want to get sick from this-I'm doing this to heal and be healthy

As I Shall Be That I Shall Be already said, wouldn't an alcohol based drink come out of the coconut juice fermentation?
