What do you think of this lunch...?
I am having company over this weekend. I was going to serve sandwiches but changed my mind. My friend, husband and 2 young kids are visiting.
Broccoli Dip and tostitoes
stuffed mushroom caps
meatballs with Diane's honey garlic sauce
raw veggie plater - carrots, cucumber, peppers, cherry tomatoes and a good dip
baguette slices
cheeses
pickles
What else?? hmmmm... Do you think the above is enough??
Tiramisu cake for dessert
Juice for kids and coffee, tea
I could serve wine however I no longer drink
I could serve pieces of baguette with cream cheese and smoked salmon
That all sounds delicous! And it's great that you are having meals that suit pretty much everybody. If I were them, I would love to come!
