LAXATIVE TEA question?
i want to do a cleanse but not the master cleanse because its bad for your body but if i drink laxative tea twice a day for two weeks and eat only raw fruits and vegetables..will i be cleansing my body?
Cleansing is ok once in a rare while. But all too often it is attempted as a means of weight control. When you eat truly well you will not need to cleanse!
No Smoking
Drink alcohol on occasion only. As in too much alcohol is bad for you. (MUST BE OF LEAGL AGE)
Cut the junk food.
Your profile states female. At this point I will assume you are wanting to get the toxins out of your system and lose weight?
If this is the case please understand the following:
When your system is totally empty you absorb calories far faster and thus will gain weight more quickly, this is why proper eating habits are good. When a body system is working well and is PROPERLY feed it will burn calories faster and also as a percentage pass more calories through your system after your needs are met.
If you begin great eating habits and, the ingredients of this can all be obtained from your local grocery store, you will not need to cleanse. Your skin gets brighter and fuller, you feel better, you save on food and toilet paper and you will live longer.
