question about supplements in general more specifically creatine and universal animal pak?
Hi, I am 17 years old and I have been weighlifting for a long time and have seen considerable gains, however it has taken hard work and a long time. I have been taking whey protein and universal animal pak for a while. I have been considering creatine, more specifically krealkalyn creatine, is there any difference or hazard to a person of my age to take creatine (especially this type). Last, this might sound stupid but I was just wondering if taking the animal pak vitamins every day would be bad for me (would my body become dependent on the vitamins?) Any responses are greatly appreciated, thank you in advance
NOOOOOO none zip zero, zilch, absolutely NO CREATINE!!!! im also a weightlifter. i do competitive weightlifting. ive taken some whey protein here and there and protein is good, but you really want to eat natural lean protein, red meat. the whey protein isnt solid protein theres alot of other stuff in it, and that other stuff is basically ****! not that its harmful, its just that it will be exponentially harder for you to get an 8pack. if you want to take anything, id recommend that you take a non-prohormonal oral dietary supplement made by gaspari nutrition called halodrol. not halodrol 50, or halodrol liquid gels, these are 2 very different things made by the same company, with the exception that halodrol 50 is illegal, and the liquidgels suck!
*i know a guy who used creatine. it made him a butt load bigger, but he lost it all after words. when you use creatine, you lose all your gains after youre done. and it also ****'s up the way ur muscles look, i know this cuz the guy who took creatine isnt fat at all, but his abs are so weird looking, and... ugh!
-if you do decide to take any supplement, read carefully the dosage and you must work out and at the end of your cycle take a pct (post cycle therapy) i personally recommend novedex xt also made by gaspari nutrition. usually anything made by gaspari you can trust.
-during my cycle (which is the first i ever did) my reps jumped from my highest set on the bench being 230, to 275. my front squats jumped up from 275 to 340. and my clean and jerk went from 225, to about 275.
-im a junior in high school this year, im hoping to compete in the 169weight class and bench 300 and clean and jerk 300 as my come-ins.
