What is the best tinted moisturizer you have used?
I want a good tinted moisturizer which moisturizes and covers up small imperfections fairly well, but I'm looking mostly for it to moisturize my skin well.
I'm looking at:

I use a lot of Neutrogena products, and I really like Neutrogena, but I'm not sure about the other brands. I don't want to spend too much on this tinted moisturizer, but I do want one that is worth my money. I have acne-prone skin, but it isn't too sensitive, so - yay
