Do you need to poop when you drink tea?
I read this Ultimate Tea Diet book and decided to give it a try--at least the "drink tea all day" part.
But it makes me poop a lot. What do you think? Is it detox and fine? Is it my body rejecting it and I should give up tea?
Perhaps it's the caffeine?
Caffeine is a diuretic and may cause more pooping.
