Is this a toxic dosage of Vitamin A?

So I've designed a supplement program for clear skin that mimics and improves on the Perricone MD Skin Clear program, and one of the supplements Im taking, which is Source Naturals Skin Eternal Plus, has 12,500 IU of vitamin E where 5,000 IU is palmitate and 7,500 IU is beta-carotene. Im scared that this is a bad amount but I really dont want to stop taking this supplement. Is this a toxic amount?

I've made sure the proportions of all the other supplements were safe. Vitamin A is all Im unsure about.

If it helps heres:

My Supplement Program
It includes Carlson Super Omega-3 Fish Oils, Source Naturals Evening Primrose Oil, Twinlab Stress B-Complex Caps, Source Naturals Skin Eternal Plus(contains DMAE, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Vitamin E), as well as Nature's Way Calcium-Magnesium-Vitamin D capsules.
oops...i said vitamin e. its a. you understood anyways.

Your intake of vitamin A is well below the toxic dose that is regarded as being 25,000 IU of vitamin A per day.

Taking more than 10,000 IU per day could be regarded as overdoing it.

A pregnant woman could end up with a baby with birth defects if she takes more than about 8,000 IU of vitamin A per day so to be on the safe side it would be better if she took well below 5,000 IU per day. Taking below 2,500 IU per day would be even better.
