If I am taking a tribulus do I really need to take an anti estrogen?
I would. When you artificially boost your testosterone levels the excess can be converted to dht or estrogen.
An estrogen blocker will fool your body into thinking your testosterone levels are low thus allowing full use of the tribulus.
Start on a low dosage of an estrogen blocker such as Inhibit-e as these can be very powerful hormone regulators. I would take no more than 25mg a day in addition to your tribulus to begin with.
