How do i get rid of my pimples and marks?
I'm in my 20's and i've never really experienced acne before. I've tried so many things: clinique's 3 step facial plan and also their 3 step acne plan, AcneFree, Aveeno...
right now i'm on the Neutrogena complete acne therapy system. It's doing okay - i've been on it for a week - the zits have somewhat reduced but the marks are still there and red. Sometimes, i have some NEW zits that grow overnight (but not as bad as before).
i notice that if i put a salicylic acid solution (gel like substance) on each zit, it'll kinda work
what else can i do?
Nothing much helped my skin as a teenager. Finally, in my early 20s I found this stuff OTC called "Exact". I've not seen it recently but if you find it, it's well worth a try, particularly if oily skin is your problem. I remember it said it had "micro-beads" or something in it that would absorb all the oil from your skin. It worked better than the prescription stuff I got from the doctor.
I now use this stuff called "Clean and Clear" and it seems to work ok. But I'm older now and don't have as many break-outs.
