Is it ok to take multiple tablets at the same time like vitamins etc?
I have a vitamin tablets at home a to z, I also have green tea tablets ,omega 3 fish oil, vegtable mix tablets etc all of which can be bougth in a herbal shop or chemist , but just wondering if swallowing 1 each or the recommended dose in the same go bad for you , for your liver digestive system etc or should I spread them out over the day?
Do you really need all those suppliments? Unless you have a medical condition which prevents you from eating or from absorbing many foods, this should come from a balanced, varried diet. Just make sure you aren't taking anything in one tablet, which is also in another and make sure you don't take more than the recommended daily allowance (RDA-probably expressed as a percentage
