What is a supplement I can take to promote muscle growth and increase my immune system?
I ask because most "effective" muscle building supplement I have researched (granted, being pro-hormones and steroids) have a very negative effect on the immune system (and many other areas as well) ... So I'm looking for something that will help me build muscle and increase my immune system * at the same time.
Exercise in general build up your immune system. Personally, I took quite a few supplements. Protein and creatine to build muscle and multivitamins, and extra C, E, beta carotene, and CoQ10 to build up the immune system. This is on top get plenty of rest (ideally 7-8 hours a night), a good exercise regimen, and have a nutritious food and balanced. While I'm hardly ever sick I also realized that I was young and lucky, but I hope it will pay off within the coming years also. Good Luck!
