The behemoth Taiwanese oil skimmer, A Whale, is not yet ready to attack the Gulf of Mexico oil spill after a weekend of testing proved inconclusive.
It is a total mess. The US owns 39% of BP and probably wants it all. The weather will keep help out of the area.
