how to stop back money to the child support system?
i no longer owe support to the support system iam only paying money to the mother of my child want to know why dose it still have to go to the system.
You need to go through the courts to have it changed if they will even change it. If you're making direct payments to her and making the same or higher payments to the courts then stop one or the other.
You will need the cooperation of the mother and that doesn't sound likely so if she won't cooperate then stop paying her and only pay the courts. Don't try to weezel out of paying child support. Then you'll be just another bum. You helped create them..
But you're only required to make court payments. Paying her might be cheaper for you, but that's tough luck. The reason they probably won't change it is because you can then just quit paying her and then the entire process starts all over and you'll have to pay the piper all over again. To many guys try to get out of it and have over the years so they had to draw a line in the sand. You're not alone in it.
It sounds like you're doing just fine and a good job as is. As long as you keep doing what you're doing you'll have nothing to worry about. Everything is documented and women can be very vindictive sometimes and claim you didn't pay so this actually protects you too from false claims of non payment. I'm of the age where I remember quite well many friends who paid and paid, but were accused of not paying so paid much more than they had to. The system isn't a one way door. It protects fathers as well as mothers and children.
If you want to give them extra money then that's up to you and would be a nice thing to do, but in no way required.
I am pretty sure you're stuck till they're grown up.
