Any super high vegetarian/vegan calorie supplement provides 2000-3000 extra calorie per day?
I need to add extra calories to my busy diet, so if such supplement exists, where I can buy it on-line? Thanks
I recommend Perfect 1100, Perfect 3000 and Isopure MASS. It's your choice on which one you want, though I'm sure you'll push more towards Perfect 3000 for it's massive caloric count. Nature's Best makes those products.
For the past, i dont even know how long, I've been weight training and i'm a skateboarder and I play sports [football, basketball, etc] usually...and I walk a lot. Using Perfect [I got 1100] was great, but I stopped using it cause of the egg. Since I haven't consumed egg in so long [I can currently consume a small amount like..baked in something] it used to give me stomachaches but nothing serious. I LOVED the egg taste, you can tell it's there when you make the shake...it's so sweet and delish!
The Isopure MASS, I started getting that...because 1) I trust Nature's Best's products and 2) It's lactose AND egg free. I only stopped drinking it because I wanted something more natural. But it was a great shake, didn't taste as good as the Perfects, but it tasted great.
I've only gotten the vanilla flavor ones, so I can only vouch for those. They are packed with a whole heap of good stuff...and some slightly bad stuff too [like sucralose, natural and artificial flavoring,hydrolyzed guar gum, less than 2% corn syrup solids, sodium caseinate, monoglycerides....reading those from the ingredients. The rest are literally vitamins, minerals, protein and natural sweetner [maltodextrin..from corn], but it wouldn't kill ya. It does contain taurine, depending on how you feel about that one.
Again these are lactose free and Isopure is dairy free. Isopure MASS gives you 910 calories if mixed with whole milk, the Perfect 1100 gives you 1100 calories [w/ milk], and Perfect 3000 gives you 3000 calories [w/ milk]
You could always get NitroFusion...which is the latest that i've used and love...it has a lame amount of calories though, only like 210 per serving, but it's a much better product...completely vegan and SOY FREE woot!
