As a diabetic patient, my sugar level is either very low or very high. what food can i eat to balance it?
When my sugar level is very low or very high, i fall on the street and lose consciousness, so please i want to know if there is any food one can take daily to check the extreme lows and highs of my sugar. I take insulin injections as prescribed by my doctor but its not helping me.
sounds like you are taking too much insulin sometimes and not enough other times.
when your glucose is very low that means you have taken too much. when it is very high you haven't taken enough.
If I injected like my doctor ordered I would be out flat on the street also.
You must eat the exact same things every meal to keep the glucose levels even. And here I mean the meals that have you near normal glucose levels.
Maybe you need to find a different doctor, one that treats the whole person, not just one of many like cookie cutter.
