Is there any use Stevia or Xylitol for sweetening foods or drinks?
I have tried both liquid and powdered stevia and I was disappointed when I leave feeling uncomfortable in my mouth. I plan to try next xylitol. Any comments about this? Is there a best brand? Please share your findings based on your own experience, please. I lost the natural taste of sugar in my tea really bad! : (Thanks!
