Is it safe to take Nature's Bounty Garlic softgels 1000mgs?
I went to the store today and bought some nature's bounty garlic softgels. My cholesterol is a little high. I saw thease and thought they might help lower it. Now i'm not sure. Any adivce would be great. Thank you in advance.
they wouldn't sell them if they weren't safe. take the recommended dose, and be aware of it's side effects which will be clearly written on the label.
