What type of supplements do you take? why?
i take
garlic and parsley capsules, anti aging, cholesterol, hair,nails,skin
flax oil softgels, ....skin,cholesterol
pomegranate...anti-aging.

I read some responses lol i drink Green tea so much i don't even think of it as a supplement but i guess i should list it here too.
I likewise take garlic; but not regularly. Everyday I take a product by Andrew Lessman called Energy+Fat metabolism Factors, I can definitely feel a difference when I don't take them. I just ordered Co enzyme Q-10, this I may take a few X's a week. that's it.
