does it really work?, its called china slim tea dieter's delight extra strength...and i wantto know does it really work???howlong does it take for you to notice a change???

Be careful with this!!! I have it and it can be one of the most painful and unhealthy ways to lose weight if you overuse it.
Only drink it once a day. And really don't oversteep it. Drink it at night so you have to go to the bathroom in the morning instead of staying up all night.
It makes you cramp up really bad and causes a lot of pain the first couple of times you drink it. After your body gets used to it there's not any cramping at all.
You DO lose weight. But mostly water weight. Because it's a natural laxative that just makes you have to go. You're not going to lose fat like you would with exercise.
I personally like it and use it OCCASIONALLY because I have trouble keeping regular sometimes and I prefer it over store bought laxative pills. And it DOES make me feel "lighter"....
Be careful not to drink it for a prolonged period of time too, because this can cause kidney damage.
Scary....... I know.....
I've found that the best thing to do to lose weight is to listen to your body. Eat what makes you feel good and work out. There really is no easy answer....
