Sinus Relief

My dog accidentally ate a sinus relief pill?
My dog which is a 25 pound puggle managed to get itself up onto the counter in the bathroom and got into my sinus medication. Only one pill was missing from the package by the time I got in there. It is an over the counter sinus releif medication from cvs. It happend about 8 hours ago and the dog isn't acting any different. Is this somthing that is of major concern to the dogs health or should it be alright?
Yes I know I should have kept a better eye on the dog and accidents do happen!!! So please don't butcher me with all the comments on not being a good pet owner!!! Thanks!!!!
I would just keep an eye on him for a while. Look for signs of lethargy, vomit, dizziness, etc. If you don't see any and he's acting normal I wouldn't worry. Give him lots of water. Some meds are ok for a dog, and even ones that aren't don't neccisarily cause a prob for a one time low dose accident. If he shows any negative side effects go to avet. You can also call an emergancy line to see if the med he took is toxic in a low does.
