The Simply Weight Loss program is what its name claims it to be—simple, but we aren’t sure that means it’s sufficiently effective for sustainable weight loss. A daytime and nighttime herbal formula is claimed to increase metabolism and decrease your appetite and during the nighttime is will supposedly soothe and relax you. Apparently there is a protein drink that Simply Weight Loss distributes but very little is mentioned about that on the website. We could not locate any information on any lifestyle a guideline other than drinking water throughout the day is a must. A staff member is available if you have any questions.

Program in Focus
The three-step program that Simply Weight Loss promotes is vaguely outlined on the elementary website that is responsible for the advertising of the program. You aren’t to skip meals or cut back on calories because that is proven to slow down metabolism.  All that is required for their program is eating “some protein†and cutting back on starchy foods “a little bitâ€. You won’t count calories and there are no forbidden foods.Â

•   Simply Weight Loss promotes learning to cut back instead of cut out the problem foods from the diet.
Negatives
•   No disclosure about the Herbal Formula’s ingredients
•   No emphasis is placed on exercise
•   Inferior web development for Simply Weight Loss
Final Thoughts
It’s very difficult to see past the Simply Weight Loss program due to the lack of professional appeal in the web presentation. We have reservations about the “Herbal Formulasâ€, why are we not allowed to know more about what ingredients we are going to be putting into our body if we buy into the program. Supplementing dieting efforts can be valuable if you know for sure you are using the most potent appetite suppressants and fat burners available and we would think Simply Weight Loss would be proactive about informing a possible consumer about that.
