Have anyone tried the following two brands of hair growing vitamin supplements: Bio-fen and Shen Min?
Which one is more effective in helping your hair re-grow?
Does it help improve your receding hairline?

We have the Shen-Min Hair Nutrient... it's got a lot of good ingredients for overall hair health.
The hardest thing about answering your question is that the answer actually depends on the cause of the hair loss. If it's due to hormones, there would be one product (like the DHT blocker) that could help that. If it's due to injury, it may not be able to regrow, but that's situational. If it's due to insufficient nutrition, that would be another product (like the regular hair nutrient or other vitamins).
If you can find out what is causing the hair loss, you can more easily find out which nutrient or product could help your hair recover. Good luck!
