Is it okay if I take it? I took my first capsule and I had a bowel movement almost after an hour.
They are claiming that it is "The BEST bowel CLEANSER on the planet", but I am wondering if it can create problems to me.

it is the best bowel cleanse on the planet.. he uses 99.9% organic herbs and is the only person who requests his herbs not be sprayed. He used it in the clinic with dying people and it and his incurable program cured many over the 20 years.

20 capsules is nothing...it is completely safe but it is not really a colon cleanse without the formula two which in my view is the best one.
