I need help with a netti pot?
My sinuses are killing me. (it seems like they always are). and A frined suggested I use a netti pot. So I went and bought one, (and the packets of saline to mix with the water too) but I've tried it and it didn't work.
I followed the instructions, and I've re-read the instructions, and tried again, but it's still not working right. Clearly, I don't know what I'm doing with it.
any advice so I get this thing to work?
I can't breathe out one nostril. (that was true before the netti pot, that's why I bought it.) but is that why it's not working right?
And how do I clean it? (it can't go in the dishwasher.)
How long does it last before you have to buy a new one?
