Hi. Im 19, about to turn 20 my plan is to build some muscle and loose some fat. - I wonder if the testosterone boosters (like Testo Testo-Rex or Surge) will be of no use to me? If so are they safe? What can they do and how will it help me? Is there are negative side effects? Thank you! also on the record side ... I saw some previous questions about testosterone boosters - let me make something clear - they are not steroids!
