What else should I do to better formulation of my longevity?
Currently I follow the many guidelines for healthy living on the RealAge (dot) com, so I am exercising correctly and regularly, meditate every day, eat more nuts and meat is much less, eat more fruits and vegetables. I also sleep 8 to 9 hours per day, following a proper oral hygiene and care and I feel happier without taking pills. My supplementation is as follows: Alaska Fish Oil 3000 mg 700 mg Calcium 500 mg Vitamin C Vitamin D 1100 IU 52 g Protein 500 mg Resveratrol Anabolic (a powerful antioxidant that is similar to the acai berry) I also drink green tea three times per day and limit my food intake for 1800 calories per day. I currently weigh 185 pounds and I am 6 '3 "tall I am 35 years If anyone has any decent input -.. or can add to this (recommend something YOU do) - I really want to hear about it BTW. I feel GREAT! Better than I felt in my 20.
