What is Rescue Remedy is good for anxiety attacks?
I have a lot of anxiety a lot of attacks a day and it would be a bad day after day and I really do not want to put on meds. Are there any natural way to go?
Hi, I'm sorry you have to go through this horrible ordeal. I have a terrible history of anxiety attacks. Mine came at times of stress.
