foot pain?
I had surgery on my lower back about two weeks ago. i got out on Friday and the pain did not really kick until Monday. My appointment with my orthopedic doctor next week. and I wonder whether serious because it is still sore and the pain in my left foot in my theigh. and pain like on and off and then on and off. I've been using these things all on-ice package different times, cold, heat, ive taken Advil twice, and im using the patch eliminates this pain. but seriously do you think?
After my back surgery (I had four last year and a half) pain is usually worse after I do anything, even woke up for several minutes causing pain. Have you ever given pain patch for pain medication other than you? I was in quite a bit of pain until about 3-4 weeks after surgery, and it really turned around pretty good after about eight weeks from surgery. Keep using the ice, took Advil, and use your pain patch. If your pain does not really get much better than I would suggest calling your surgeon and let them know that your pain is out of control and they can give a prescription for pain medication or give suggestions to help with pain. Do you have redness, mouth, hot around the incision, or fever? These can be signs of infection so if you have one of them then you should call your doctor smoke because you will want to get infections under control, but if not I do not think it is very serious, it's only post-surgical pain.
