proper way to take tylenol cold multi-symptom rapid release gels?

i believe i have a cold. I bought some tylenol cold multi-symptom rapid release gels last time i had the cold and i still have some left over. I threw away the box tho so i don't know exactly what is the proper amount to take in a given period of time.
Could somebody please tell me (if they know) how often i take these 2? how many hours etc lol im really sick and am hopeing i can reduce the symptoms by work tomorow.

Do not take more than directed
With Rapid Blast liquid: use only enclosed measuring cup designed for this product.

Adults & Children 12 years and over:

Take 2 tablets, caplets, geltabs or tablespoons every 4 to 6 hours as needed.
Do not take more than 8 tablets, caplets, geltabs or tablespoons in 24 hours.
Do not take for more than 10 days unless directed by a doctor.

Children under 12 years
Do not use adult Extra Strength product in children under 12 years of age; this will provide more than the recommended dose (overdose) of Tylenol and may cause liver damage.

Rapid Release Gelcap Acetaminophen

Rapid Blast Liquid Acetaminophen
500 mg in each
15 mL = 1 tablespoon Citric acid, corn syrup, D&C Red #33, FD&C Red #40, flavor, polyethylene glycol, propylene glycol, purified water, saccharin sodium, sodium benzoate, sorbitol

Warnings
Alcohol warning: If you consume 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day, ask your doctor whether you should take acetaminophen or other pain relievers/fever reducers.

Acetaminophen may cause liver damage.

Do not use:

With any other product containing acetaminophen.

Stop use and ask a doctor if:
New symptoms occur.
Redness or swelling is present.
Pain gets worse or lasts for more than 10 days.
Fever gets worse or lasts for more than 3 days.
These could be signs of a serious condition.

If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use.

Keep out of reach of children.

Overdose warning: Taking more than the recommended dose (overdose) may cause liver damage. In the case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. (1-800-222-1222). Quick medical attention is critical even if you do not notice any signs or symptoms.
