What is the difference between Red Raspberry Leaf Tea and Normal Raspberry leaf tea?
I'm just about to start taking them and noticed that they are Red Raspberry Leaf Tea Tablets, Do they have the sam affect? How many do I take? They are 500mg and I am 36 weeks pregnant.

I think they are both the same thing! I have been drinking the tea for a couple of weeks. You should start of taking 1 tablet a day this week, then 2 a day next week and so on up to 4 tablets a day (I think) but worth googling this/reading the instructions on the packet.
Just so you know, as there is a lot of wrong info out there, raspberry leaf tea/tablets do not induce labour, they help to 'tone' the uterus as it is a uterine tonic, this potentially helps make labour easier. Personally I think this is better than something that induces labour.
Have you also hear that clary sage oil can help with contractions when you have them. Not to be used before labour starts, but used during either mixed with a massage oil and massaged in to your belly back or even just sniffed of a tissue it can apparently be helpful, I was told this by my midwife. Though you might like this if you are also interested in RLT.
