Is this unhealthy for a 13 year old?
ok so im 13 years old and only take in about 200- 300 hundred calories a day. Is this bad? Will i lose rapid weight and nutrition orrr.......
You will lose weight, and become skeletal in no time.
13 you need all the nutrients for your body, hair, teeth, bones, to function properly, if not your hair will start falling out (maybe in clumps), and your teeth will start loosening up, your bones become brittle and you could fall and break them. You will get dizzy spells and you'll faint easily.
You will continue to grow until your 21, and if you don't take care of yourself properly by eating all the right foods, you'll have long life problems as you turn 50.
