Have you ever had a colon cleanse? Did it help u? Did U experience anything unusual?
Yeah, I have this stuff [Health Plus,inc. colon cleanse], forgot about it , lol, as it expired, but reinspired me to really consider doing one of these treatments.....it says it's 100% pure psyllium husk, fiber
