Proven ways or exercises to help get rid of extra belly weight/fat?
I am looking for proven ways or exercises that have been tried and worked to help get rid of extra belly weight/fat! Thanks in advance!
low carb diet,crunches,leg lifts and running.
start off w/10 crunches and 10 leg lifts(lay on your back,hands under you bum and lift your legs about 6in.hold for
5sec.)rest for 60 sec and repeat 4 times.running will drop the fat and the rest is for toning.you have to do this every other day,not just a couple of time.IF YOU STICK WITH IT,IT WILL WORK.
