how much protein in this shake?
I make home made rocking preotein. I used the best materials in the protein as iv heard so what I used where: - 1 banana - 2 raw eggs - 1 1 / 2 cup milk - 2 tablespoons honey - about 2 or more cups of ice cream (choc and vanilla) - a few teaspoons pure orange juice from iv what kind of research would be around 50g protein if not more. can someone tell me a little maybe more precisely how much protein will? and if there are other feasible materials can I use? people who just answer and say no good I suggest you go on goggle and put the protein in 'on eggs, milk and ice cream etc. ... and you will find a lot of egg protein and milk and ice cream
You are fairly accurate estimates. I use a protein powder that has 52 grams of protein, plus I add a banana, and fulls 2 tablespoons peanut butter. So, mine hits in the range of 65 grams .. You are a good mix, but it is more convenient to use the power with the number of known and modify it from there if desired.
