Whey protein that makes the best?
I decided to buy some type of drink whey protein to help build musle and assist recovery from when ive been to the gym. There seems to be a load of different types and makes though. You can get whey protein drinks from places like Holland and Barrett for only 10 pounds but ive noticed that some morewell known to make such Maximusle / Prolab etc to sell up to four times this price. Are brands really worth the extra money or would I be doing tantamount to a cheaper brand is less known?. Also would you recommend percifically brand?
Enot i was in the supermarket is the best brand ShapeWorks. It has a lot of good protein / vitamin / mineral nutrients and important. Compared with only pure protein powder is much better for anyone training and work outside. It really will speed up your recovery time and promote lean muscle mass.
