Probiotics Complex

The best way, foods, supplements to build up the immune system * *?
Hi! I tried to eat a well balanced diet and I take supplements such as vitamins, minerals, probiotics - - about 12 different supplements every day. For example, I take Vitamin C, 500 mg x 3 daily, B-complex, kelp, magnesium, Zinc, etc. ... My friend had suggested that I add a beta or beta glucogan glucocan (SP?) To help build / maintain immunity? I saw this at a health store and rather expensive. Is this a good choice? Is there something better? I think the vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is the best? Thank you.
Beta Glucan is an excellent supplement. This is the family of probiotics, but goes one step further. I'm not sure what price you see BG, but the 30-day supply should be run approximately $ 59-62 depending on brand. Yes, this is a little expensive, but if you have a serious immune deficiency will build you back. BG taken on an empty stomach and not with other supplements. This should be taken alone. Vitamin C is a supplement middle of the road. It's good for the overall protection but not as good as some other supplements for immune defense body. If you are unable to BG, you can add pomegranate juice to your diet. Pomegranate juice is a great anti-oxident and will also help to boost your immune system. Mostly berries will also do some improving. There are also many nutritional juices on the market that not only helps in boosting the immune system but has a lot of different micronutrients along with vitamins and minerals. When I started drinking the juice of my favorites, I stopped drinking a lot of my supplements because they are no longer needed. Make sure that you read the labels of juices which is good because many of them have additives and preservatives that you really do not want in your juice.
