Can pomegranate juice prove effective in reducing body weight?
I am 35 year old with a body weight of more than 125 pounds. I really want to shed off my body weight as unwanted fats are deposited under my belly and thighs.
My family doctor has advised me to opt for pomegranate juice in order to lose body weight. Can some one tell me how it tastes like and how many days it start showing effect and reduce my body weight.

It generally burns the fats deposited in the body parts especially under belly and thighs, eventually providing perfect shape to the body. Pomegranate juice contains less quantity of sweeteners, and is rich in minerals and vitamins, helps in reducing body weight. Antioxidants present in pomegranate juice helps in cutting down the fats from the body part.
