Is there poison ivy with more than three leaves?

I've been told by landscapers that we have poison ivy in our backyard. I think that poison ivy has three shiny serrated leaves. I do not see something like that. I DO see the plant with four leaves (not shiny). Is it poison ivy? I do not spend ton of time on the page, but I've been here for eight years and none of us has got poison ivy (which I had as a child). I live in central NJ, if that helps. Thank you.
