Thermogenic Pills?
Im already tall and muscular but all my muscle is covered by a layer of fat. I want to get lean and muscular and have a six pack to show off to my girl! Im working out 4 days a week and cutting out the junkfood and carbs. Im interested in what they call "thermogenic" wieghtloss supplements. The ones i see advertised alot are "Hydroxycut" and "Ripped Fuel by Twinlabs". Has anyone used thermogenics? Did it work? If it did work for you then what was your overall approach as far as diet with exercise and how long was it before you started getting results?
No they don't work. I have used them for the buzz. You need to increase both your lifting and a mimium of 45 minutes of aerobic workouts with 4 times a week with one workou using interval work. This approach will work as I'm 44 with a six pack and still racing bikes.
