Is skipping placebos and waiting for 1 week before starting another tablets of pills safe?
I normally skip the placebos and wait 1 week, same amount of placebo pills available before starting the new tablets of OC. Your response highly appreciate - Thanks in advance!

Well, placebos do nothing - that's what the word means. However, it may be a good idea to take them - I believe that the idea of them in this case is to keep up the habit of taking your daily pill, also to make sure that the gap between courses of active pills is correct. It's probably reasonably easy to lose track; similarly I am on warfarin (which is equally important) and I'm supposed to be taking 6 and 7mg on alternate days. I have a heck of a lot of trouble keeping track.
My advice is to take the placebos - they won't harm you and will help you to keep the right pill-taking schedule. The consequences of getting it wrong might be rather serious, after all.
