Detoxification is riding the body of the chemicals and toxins that we consume throught the food we eat, drink and even the medications that we take. There are many detoxofication programs out there, some are designed toward a certain area of the body, but any program is going to be of benefit. If you have never detoxified before start with a program that is only a weekend program. I used a detox program on my son when he was diagonosed with JRA. After trying the medications the doctors gave and seeing no improvement. I used a detox program and my son, he was up and running around in 3 days. It was great to see him off the crutches.
