can taking multiple vitamin supplements be harmful?
okay, I take a lot of vitamins for brain health. I'm not sure if it's harmful to take too many different types of supplements though. I take omega 3, phosphatidyl serine, ginkgo biloba, and b complex every day. I'm assuming the outcome of consuming multiple brain supplements may only result in beneficial effects, but I'd like to be positive it's not like an overload or anything.
its defenetely possible to overload on vitamins. It can cause more harm than good. I suggest you research the combo you are taking. Truth is that food is a way better source of vitamins than suppliments although suppliments are great just don't hesitate to use as much food as possible
