How Much Folic Acid Do You Need?
not pregnant yet, but ttc and my dr told me to be sure and be getting 1g or 1,000mg of folate. She gave me samples of a Rx prenatal that has 1,000 of folic acid. All the OTC prenatals only have 800mg. She said recent studies showed 800mg wasn't sufficient. Anyone else heard this?
i her that the one that is more is better it makes the baby very Strong and have health bones
