I'm feeding my neighbors tortises while she is away. Some of my lettuce went bad, so I thought it would be okay to use. It's just slimy. So, I used it, and the past few days, they haven't eaten the other regular romaine hearts I gave them. Could it have made them sick? The ingrediants say:
