am i eating enough protien and vitamens and stuff (im vegan) this is what i ate today?
breakfast
soymilk--multigrain cheerios
snack
organic flaxseed crackers with hummus
lunch
spinach leaves
celery
grapes
snack
fruit
dinner
been burritto
oh and of course lots of water
and a cup of OJ and grapefruit juice

I don't know about your portion sizes, but it looks like too little food. The actual foods are great, though, (except for the Cheerios - something with more fiber & less sugar would be preferred) so just add in more of the same things - such as a fruit with the cereal, a healthy oil (hemp, avocado, olive, http://www.cosmosveganshoppe.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=VEEFA etc.) and pasta for lunch and a salad with dinner.
Beans, soy (milk), flax, chickpeas (hummus) are all excellent sources of protein. Other products to try are sprouted grain and spinach flour pastas, various nuts and seeds, hemp, oats, etc. Also, many vegetables and fruits contain some protein (e.g., 1 cucumber has 2g of protein, 1 cup of broccoli has 3g of protein, 1 medium potato has 4g, 1 avocado has 3g, etc.).
That aside, nutrition is not about what you eat, it's about what you are able to absorb. The human body is designed to be more on the herbivore than carnivore side, so you actually get more protein from a gram of ingested vegetable protein than a gram of meat protein.
It's always good to take a supplement, though. Lack of just one mineral in the diet can start a chain reaction leading to poor absorption of much of the food you eat.
