Has anyone tried Wu Yi oolong tea for weight loss?
I know that diet and exercise is a must to lose weight, but has anyone tried the tea wu yi oolong to aid weight weight?
It doesn't work except for mild diuretic effect. In other words it helps you lose a little water weight. HOWEVER, oolong tea as most teas, is extremely good for your heart and protection from illness and cancer. So absolutely drink it, but don't expect weight loss from it. Wulong and oolong are the same tea so save your money on the 'dieter' variety. It is the same.
